Pricing is based on the length and thickness of hair .How much time it takes to complete the service and product used . This is why pricing is stated at from and I can not give an exact price only a quote.
Hair color is an art. Before every appointment I have a consultation with you to see how you are feeling about your hair . If your color needs some adjustments or is faded. there is an extra charge.
Bookings can be done by text , email or online with my direct link to Phorest.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION or NO SHOW I do understand we all have emergencies. I hope you understand when you cancel or no show for the appointment I can not fill the appointment at the last minute. I am not able to fill an appointment with a guest who is on a waitlist and I do not get compensated for my time, since the appointment was reserved for you personally.A$50 charge will be needed to rebook the appointment. If this becomes on going issue you will have to pay for the appointment at time of booking.
If you are not happy with your results, please reach out to me.I will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments in the first 2 weeks.
This courtesy DOES not include CHANGE OF MIND or to get additional services at no cost. If the request is reasonable I will be more then happy to make adjustments.
Retail products can be EXCHANGED as long as they where purchased from Hairs2Beautiful. There is a 7 Day Exchange only.
Hair color services that are all carte must have a finish service of a blow dry or haircut and style. All pricing will be discussed during your consultation .Pricing is a starting price for the service if more product is needed then there will be an additional charge.
NEW CLIENT must submit a form before booking and a zoom call may need to be required to book appointments.
